This application was made on behalf of the British Horse Society to Kent County Council under section 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 on 9 August 2020 in relation to an upgrade of footpath EE422 to bridleway from Little Mongeham to the bottom of Beacon Hill, Ripple, at Sutton Hill, in the parish of Sutton next Ripple.
