These applications 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 on behalf of the British Horse Society were made to Kent County Council under section 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 on 10 January 2025 to record eight restricted byways. Some of the restricted byways are partly coincident with existing footpaths and bridleways ER106, ER121, HE53, HE184, HE186, HE189.
