These three applications were made by another officer of the British Horse Society to Kent County Council under section 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 on 16 July 2020, 26 November 2019 and 16 July 2020 respectively to record bridleways along East Lenham Road, from Chapel Farm to the railway bridge south-southwest of East Lenham; Mount Castle Lane, from Mount Castle Farm to East Lenham Road (north of Chapel Farm); and the Lenham Forstal Byway, from the cross-roads at Burnt House (now Mulberry House) on Rose Lane to the junction of Crabtree Lane with Lenham Forstal Road at Lenham Forstal.
