This application on behalf of the British Horse Society was made to Kent County Council under section 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 on 30 July 2025 to upgrade in Hawkinge footpath HE204, including Chalk Lane, to bridleway, and to continue the bridleway approximately north to join Bland Drive.
