This application on behalf of the British Horse Society was made to Kent County Council under section 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 on 2 May 2025 to record a bridleway along the general line of footpaths HE330 (part) and HE324, between Court-at-Street and Aldergate Bridge.
